At Karina's Soaps, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because of this, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During holidays, sales, or custom order seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. A flat-rate shipping fee is applied to all eligible orders at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
We offer free local pickup for customers in Brevard County, Florida. Select Local Pickup during checkout, and we'll email you as soon as your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Orders are typically ready within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability and current order volume.
Local delivery is available within select areas for a small delivery fee. If your address qualifies, this option will appear during checkout.
Delivery dates and times will be arranged during/after your order is placed. We'll contact you if additional information is needed.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Karina's Soaps is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help however we can.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right through a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted bath and body products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Orders may be canceled before production or packaging begins. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Refunds are issued only when appropriate, such as for damaged items, shipping errors, or incorrect products sent by us. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out—we're always happy to help.
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, design, and appearance are natural and make every product unique.
Please read all ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. Every product photo on our website features the actual item we make and sell.
To create a clean, consistent look across our website, some photo backgrounds are digitally enhanced using AI. These enhancements are limited to the background only. The product itself is never filtered, reshaped, recolored, or digitally altered in any way.
Because every product is handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, design, and appearance are natural and are part of what makes each item unique. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
At Karina's Soaps, we love creating one-of-a-kind products for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, corporate gifts, party favors, and special occasions.
Custom orders may include personalized scents, colors, labels, packaging, and designs based on your vision.
Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. Estimated completion times will be discussed before your order is confirmed.
Full payment (or an agreed-upon deposit for large orders) is required before production begins.
For custom labels or personalized designs, a digital proof may be provided for approval before production begins. Once the design has been approved, the customer assumes responsibility for any spelling, wording, or design errors.
We recommend placing wedding, shower, and event orders 1 month in advance to allow adequate production time and ensure availability. Soaps require 2 months.
Changes may only be made before production has started. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
